At TEN/01 all of our products are hand poured and inspected before they are shipped to you.
Should your candle become damaged in transit please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, we will have a claim started and issue you a credit for the value of the damaged item for a future online order.
Should you receive your candle and be unsatisfied with the scent please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange your product for another candle of the same size/price. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on return items.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason upon delivery, please do not use the product. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
